Our delivery service is provided by Parcelforce Worldwide smaller items may be sent via Everi.
Standard UK mainland orders over £99.00 are eligible for a free standard service delivery (Mon – Fri). Free delivery includes orders up to and not exceeding 30 kg or 110cm in length.
Bulky Items including all grow media, garland trays, bamboos, reflective sheeting and grow tents incur a small surcharge.
Where possible, orders received by 2:30pm Mon – Fri are dispatched the same day.
UK mainland orders after 2:30pm Mon - Fri are subject to next working day dispatch. For example, orders after 2:30pm on a Friday are dispatched on the next working day, usually a Monday.
UK Mainland Pallet deliveries, are charged at £60.00 per pallet, usually delivered in 2-3 working days.

How to Use the Bluelab OnePen:
Using the OnePen is straightforward:
- Power On: Press the ‘O’ button to turn on your device.

Select Measurement Mode: Choose your desired measurement mode by pressing the ‘CAL’ button. Available options include:
- pH/Temp
- EC/pH
- EC/Temp
- mV/Temp
- Immerse the Probe: Place the probe into your nutrient solution and wait for the reading to stabilize.
- Hold the Reading: Press the ‘O’ button to hold the reading for 10 seconds. You can then cycle through the measurement options again using the ‘CAL’ button.
